Really Too bad I can't give 10 Stars!
 
I have been renting from Professional Property Management for the past 4 years and have been paying my rent on time and very happy with them. They are very nice, welcoming and professional and always very helpful. They also have great hardworking maintenance crew who comes and fixes or replaces anything that is broken in a timely manner. A month ago my microwave stopped working after a power outage and Diana ordered a brand new microwave and had their maintenance crew install in less than couple hours.
 
Diana and Lourdes have always gone an extra mile to help out and I can't thank both of them enough for their hard work and kindness. In the beginning both Diana and Lourdes made the effort to coordinate with me to make sure I viewed the apartment I rented thoroughly and asked questions to make sure the renting process went smoothly.
 
In the past I have referred both my family and friends to PPM. I would recommend PPM services to anyone that is looking for rentals or a great management company to deal with their property management needs, and I look forward to using their services for a long time to come.

I confess, contemplating hiring PPM to manage our second home in Albany after reading the existing reviews. However, after 6 months of working with them, we could not be happier. Gene is very responsive to my inquiries regardless of the day or hour. The team he has assembled to help with home management is exceptional--especially their housekeeping crew. I called for information about my lease due to covid 19, being I could not pay my rent. I spoke to Elisa, who took the time to explain that California has a program to assist tenants that fell on hard times that the state would assist with FREE money to pay my rent. She spent a long time explaining the program and sent me information so I can contact the State. I contacted the state and they are signing me up to have all my past due rent paid. Thank You!

I wanted to share my experience about Professional Property Management in El Sobrante. This Company is the best in West Contra Costa County, they have been around for over a decade, they have the most properties available. They really live up to their name, they are courteous and caring. I value punctuality and follow through, I like to plan ahead of time and when the time arose for me to use their services they did not fail me.
I understand every property is different and has pros and cons and let’s not forget the home owners may or may not want to spend money on their rentals. We as consumers have the choice to choose the right property that fits our needs and most importantly our budgets. I currently have a property they manage. I am a very busy person and do things all electronically; to me time efficiency is money, and time is money; they faxed the documents right away, even PDF files was able to look at it on my cell phone right away, made appointments with them fast and at my convenience. They not only work on the benefit of their clients, tehy also make me feel important and value my business. I cannot speak of other “like businesses” in the area but this company has “dedicated people” for property management and rentals, that is important to me. Others try to do multiple businesses at the sametime and when I was looking I noticed that their attention to me was divided.

When I give someone my business I expect undivided attention and Professional Property Management gave me the undivided attention i deserve. I really appreciate all they did for me and my family, they found a property I was looking for and for my budget. Gene & Diana are exceptional, they are very knowledgeable of the area and are also resourceful. I highly recommend this business for renters or property owners.
